In this 180m² apartment, located on one of Lisbon’s most iconic avenues, every design intervention was meticulously conceived to challenge conventions and reimagine the spatial experience. The layout transformation introduced a new sense of fluidity, enhancing both the master suite — where the closet and bathroom were redesigned to maximize functionality and elegance — and the kitchen, where the changes went beyond structural adjustments to a conceptual reinvention.

The kitchen underwent a 180-degree rotation, redefining its spatial logic. By removing the dividing wall between the kitchen and hallway, we unlocked a greater sense of openness, creating a seamless connection with the social areas. At the heart of this new configuration, a bespoke bar counter was designed to become the home’s central gathering space — where conversations flow effortlessly, design fosters connection, and everyday life merges with the joy of conviviality.

In the master suite, the integration of architecture and furniture is exemplified in a custom-designed bed with an integrated desk, seamlessly merging functionality with aesthetic refinement. The carefully curated palette of deep Bordeaux and soft pink defies conventional neutrality, infusing the space with energy and sophistication.

This project embodies a bold approach to interior design, where form and function coexist in perfect balance, creating a home that is as expressive as it is harmonious.
