Perfect Shape
A residence where elegance is revealed in the details — from the continuous geometric pattern of the silkscreened stone wall to the unique ceramic artworks by Bela Silva, each element celebrates the art of living.
While the architectural project was developed by the architectural studio Perfect Shape, the interior design was led by the Atelier Rita Valadão, which brought a distinctive identity to every space.
The scope of work encompassed the meticulous selection of all finishes — including doors, flooring, and bathroom coverings — as well as the bespoke design of all joinery elements, such as the kitchen, wardrobes, and closets.
Conceived for a large family that sees the home as both a place of retreat and a vibrant gathering space, the interiors were curated with an emphasis on harmony and comfort. A carefully considered selection of furniture ensured a cohesive aesthetic throughout, offering a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
Art plays a key role in the identity of the space, with particular emphasis on the ‘Sereia Verde’ ceramic pieces by artist Bela Silva, which line the ceiling of the powder room in a deep, enveloping green — creating a bold and memorable focal point. Equally striking is the silkscreened stone wall, whose continuous geometric pattern flows elegantly from the lower level to the upper floor. Strategically placed lighting accentuates its verticality, revealing the subtle intricacies of the design.
The exterior areas received the same level of care, with custom-selected outdoor furniture, bespoke finishes for the swimming pool, and a fully equipped barbecue and lounge zone — ideal for moments of leisure and conviviality. The use of natural materials such as stone reinforces the connection between indoor and outdoor living, resulting in a home designed to be lived in, shared, and remembered.
