Designed by Saraiva+Associados, this project seamlessly blends high-end residential living, modern office spaces, and a vibrant commercial area — creating a sophisticated and functional environment to live, work, and enjoy.

Campo Novo offers 245 apartments, ranging from T1 to T4, all designed with spacious balconies, flexible layouts, and contemporary architecture that enhances natural light and spatial fluidity.
Atelier Rita Valadão was invited to design the interiors of selected apartments, crafting elegant and bespoke environments. The studio was also responsible for designing the common areas of the development, including:
