Campo Novo – A New Concept of Living in the Heart of Lisbon
Campo Novo is an innovative development led by Norfin, a benchmark in real estate investment management in Portugal, transforming Campo Grande into a new urban landmark in Lisbon. Designed by Saraiva+Associados, this project seamlessly blends high-end residential living, modern office spaces, and a vibrant commercial area — creating a sophisticated and functional environment to live, work, and enjoy.

Exclusive Residences with a Distinctive Design
Campo Novo offers 245 apartments, ranging from T1 to T4, all designed with spacious balconies, flexible layouts, and contemporary architecture that enhances natural light and spatial fluidity.

Atelier Rita Valadão was invited to design the interiors of selected apartments, crafting elegant and bespoke environments. The studio was also responsible for designing the common areas of the development, including:

Indoor pools, designed for ultimate comfort and well-being
A private gym, equipped with cutting-edge technology
Panoramic rooftops, ideal for leisure and social gatherings
A Complete Space for Living and Working
Campo Novo is more than just a residential experience. The project includes four state-of-the-art office buildings and a dynamic commercial hub featuring 18 shops, 15 restaurants, 7 kiosks, and a supermarket. At its heart, a vibrant central plaza fosters connections between residents, professionals, and visitors.

With a strategic location and an innovative concept, Campo Novo sets a new benchmark for those seeking a sophisticated, urban, and balanced lifestyle in Lisbon.
